Dreams bring us to the center of our own hearts and nudge us towards potentialities that have the capacity to change us, our relationships, and our alignment with Mother Earth. By coming into relationship with the dream images and language, we allow the dream to change us and become a pathway for seeding new perspectives and realities, healing inner wounds, and understanding our deeper nature.
Through attuned and present listening, intuitive and intentional guidance, we will re-enter the dream that you feel called to explore. Using your embodied intelligence, imagination, and intuition, I will invite you to explore the characters, environment, and energies of the dream. Allowing the potent teachers of slowing down, breath, imagination, play, curiosity, emotions, and movement to lead your experience.
In closing, I will give you invitations to continue to court the dream.

Through my depth of listening, intuition, and compassion, I support you to grow in an intimate relationship with your deepest nature, your body, your heart, and connection with the wild world so that you may live a more authentic and engaged life.
Our work together may include somatic practices, movement, creative expression, self-designed ceremony, and intentional wonderings on the land.

Each session begins with giving you the opportunity to speak to what you feel you may need in a healing but ultimately my helping spirits will guide the process.
From there, I will move into a series of ritual actions that will allow me to enter an altered state and connect with my helping spirits and journey to the source of the problem in the spirit world to create a change there.
My practice involves working through the body as a form of transmission as well as working with vocal tones, healing songs, rattles, drums, and divination tools.
These healings could include energetic cord cutting, organ healing, personal power healing, elemental healing, extraction, divination work, power animal retrieval, and other forms of medicine.
Oftentimes, there will be ritual prescriptions and messages from the spirit helpers and ancestors in order to deepen the healing work and integrate the medicine received.
